Your First Appointment
Congratulations on choosing to take care of your eyes. Once you’ve called 254-773-3248 and made your appointment, that time is reserved for you. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your visit, please provide 24 hours notice.
To make your initial visit as efficient as possible, please bring your insurance information, photo ID, and any relevant medical records with you. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork.
